Mr. Karan Verma started his career in 1991 with merchant shipping. After successful sailing through calm and rough weather, his professional vision, along with the helping hand of Rakesh Sharma, is “To become the premier and good quality technology service company at extremely low cost in the Indian continent by providing the utmost in value-added services to our customers, and in doing so, delivering the best to the end users.”
Mr. Rohit Rodrigues
Technical Manager
Rohit Rodrigues is a marine engineer with over 15 years of work experience on container, dry bulk, offshore support and supply vessels. He works on PMS and prepares vessel maintenance procedures, attends surveys, and provides technical support visiting vessels for maintenance and spares inventory.
Mr. Piyush Sharma
Digitization Head
Mr. Piyush Sharma leads our digitization vertical. He is well experienced and always drives this vertical with innovative ideas and their implementation, reducing cost and improving quality of service to clients.
Mr. Jay Prakash Pal
Technical Manager
Mr. Jay Prakash Pal leads our accounting department. He prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information, documents financial transactions, recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options, and substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Mr. Arvind Chaurasiya
Manager of Operations
Mr. Arvind Chaurasiya looks after day-to-day operations and ensures the timely delivery of work. He also ensures seamless coordination in the team with advanced technologies.
Mr. Harikesh
Head of Information Technology
Mr. Harikesh oversees all technology operations and evaluates them according to project requirements, and establishes IT policies and systems to support the implementation of our strategies. He also analyzes the business requirements of the office-to-offshore interface.

Technology Specialist
Mr. Arvind Sharma is responsible for product development, innovation and implementation of new solutions. His approach to products and solutions has made them simple, user-friendly and yet effective for customers.
